Join us on Tuesday, June 23, for a special luncheon featuring Kim Ogg.
Kim Ogg is a nationally recognized trial lawyer, former Harris County District Attorney, and veteran prosecutor with nearly four decades of legal and public service experience. A native Houstonian, she has been board certified in Criminal Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1992 and has served as first chair in more than 130 jury trials.
Throughout her distinguished career, Ogg has served as an Assistant District Attorney, Houston’s Anti-Gang Task Force Director, Executive Director of Crime Stoppers of Houston, managing partner of her family’s law firm, and from 2017 to 2024, the elected District Attorney of Harris County — the nation’s third-largest local prosecutorial jurisdiction. She remains the only two-term Harris County District Attorney of the 21st century.
Recognized across Texas for her courtroom leadership and extensive legal experience, Ogg has built a reputation for handling complex litigation, government investigations, crisis management, and high-profile public matters in both state and federal courts.
