Thomas Douglas Homan is a former government official who served during the Trump Administration as Acting Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) from January 30, 2017 to June 29, 2018.

Downtown Rotary Club of Houston members are entitled to one (1) free ticket per paid member.

Corporate members are entitled to five (5) tickets. Visitors and guests must purchase a ticket at $75.
